Letter from the head of the Kurdistan and Kirmanshahan Customs, Molitor, regarding Mas‘ud Khan, the Custom officer of Mahi Dasht, who took a woman with a bad reputation to Mahi Dasht and was laid off work as a consequence; Mas‘ud Khan has a gun and bullets but he has not yet returned them. Molitor asks Shahzadah Sa‘id al-Sultan to take the guns and ammunition from Mas‘ud Khan and hand them over to the Custom Office, but nothing was done; the author asks the recipient to order Mas‘ud Khan to hand over the gun and bullets.

The notebook includes two reports. First one, Sunqur and Kulyayi's governor's reports to Kirmanshahan's government concerning bi-annual record of the year of 1924.
